Agape Hospice operates under an “open door” philosophy and welcomes feedback and concerns from patients, families and staff members. We encourage individuals to first address concerns with the director of the entity or his/her supervisor. We understand at times, issues cannot be resolved, and we are pleased to have a Director of Customer and Employee Relations as a part of the Agape Hospice network. The Director of Customer and Employee Relations works to resolve concerns and communicate feedback to necessary parties. I want to start by saying Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I have worked with Agape since 2011 and been in hospice since 2005. All of these years did not prepare me to be a family member. I cannot say enough amazing things about our staff. They made this very surprising and short process a beautiful one that was full of love, comfort, and compassion.
