Agape Hospice has eighteen hospice offices serving every county in South Carolina with 2 in-patient units in the Columbia Area. We are a member of National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and The Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care, and we are ACHC accredited. Agape Hospice is recognized by the Department of Labor for our apprenticeship programs and sponsors hospice and palliative care certification training for employees. Currently we have 37 nurses certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. We offer a competitive salary, complete benefits package and exceptional career advancement opportunities.     Agape Hospice is seeking full time experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing team! The appropriate candidate will be able to provide our patients with routine activities of daily living in accordance with the patient's comprehensive plan of care and as directed by the supervisor.

We are seeking highly motivated, compassionate and energetic RN’s for full-time, part-time, and PRN day shift and night shift positions in our Lexington Hospice House and Suites location.   • On call Spiritual Care Coordinator-Greenville, SC

    The Agape Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of Agape Hospice, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors.

    Agape Hospice is seeking part-time and PRN experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing team! The appropriate candidate will be able to provide our patients with routine activities of daily living in accordance with the patient's comprehensive plan of care and as directed by the supervisor.

  • Senior Solutions Advisor (Marketing) - Charleston, Northeast Columbia, and Hilton Head, SC

    Agape is looking for an experienced marketing person to work with our Hospice team. The candidate will be responsible for interaction with referral sources and the community provider network to educate about all Agape Hospice services, generate referrals, build and maintain relationships, establish a professional presence and enhance the image of Agape.

  • Social Worker - Sumter, SC

    The Social Worker is responsible for the delivery of various social work services to hospice patients and their families. Major responsibilities include providing the initial psychosocial evaluation, ongoing psychosocial counseling, direct casework services, bereavement services and community education, outreach, and referrals. It is the responsibility of the Social Worker to provide medical social services. The person must be a qualified professional with experience and education in grief or loss counseling.

  • Volunteer Coordinator - Walterboro, SC

    The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all volunteer program activities in the Agapé Hospice program.

Our hospital is a tertiary care facility that is right off interstate. We get patients from across the country and around the world. This has been my most difficult placement. Assisting a patient back to Pakistan was easier than South Carolina. Your team will remain in my contact list. I only wish I had found them sooner.
